Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between pages and visits — for example, that you are signed in. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way, and we treat them the same here.

Cookies can be "session" cookies, which disappear when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which stay for a set period.

We use essential cookies to operate the Service: they keep you securely signed in, remember your language and theme, and keep the app working as you move between pages. Because they are strictly necessary for a service you asked for, they do not require consent under EU rules.

We set one non-essential cookie, for ad measurement, and only after you agree to it. We never use cookies for ad targeting or cross-site tracking.

The cookies and similar storage we use are:

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in securely after you log in. Essential; expires when your session ends.
• Language preference — remembers whether you use PropFlow in English or Spanish. Essential for showing the right content.
• Theme preference — remembers your light or dark display choice. Functional; stored on your device.

If we add analytics in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

If you arrive at PropFlow from one of our ads (for example, an ad in ChatGPT), we ask whether we may measure if that ad led to a sign-up. Nothing is stored unless you agree.

• Consent choice (pf_consent) — remembers your answer so we don't ask again. Expires after 6 months.
• Ad measurement (pf_attr) — stores the ad's click identifier and campaign tags. Set only with your consent; expires after 30 days, or as soon as you create an account.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with the button below. Our Privacy Policy explains what is shared with the ad platform.

We do not set third-party cookies or load advertising scripts. Ad measurement runs from our own servers, so the ad platform places no cookies on PropFlow.

When you subscribe to Pro, our payment processor may set its own cookies on its secure checkout pages to process the payment and prevent fraud. Those cookies are governed by that provider's own privacy and cookie policies.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to warn you before accepting them.

Our essential cookies are required: if you block them, you will not be able to sign in or use core parts of the Service, and your theme and language preferences will be forgotten between visits. Blocking the ad-measurement cookie has no effect on how PropFlow works.

We may update this Cookie Policy if the cookies we use change. When we do, we will update the effective date above. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent before setting them.
