PropFlow is a property-management and rental-accounting web app for landlords and property managers who run let units — a single flat, a 20-unit apartment building, or a portfolio spread across countries and currencies. The unit is the unit of work: each one carries its own lease, tenant, rent schedule and ledger, and every number on a report traces back to an entry someone made.

- Scale: unlimited units, leases and tenants per property. Only properties are capped — 2 on Free, unlimited on Pro (€12/month or €120/year).
- Currencies: each property keeps its own; portfolio totals convert at live rates.

### Property accounting
A ledger per property: income and expenses under your own categories, recurring entries, budgets, mortgages, and bulk import from CSV when the history already lives in a spreadsheet.

### Multi-currency portfolios
Each property keeps the currency it is actually let in. Portfolio totals convert at live exchange rates, so local books stay exact and the roll-up still adds up.

### Rent roll & rent tracking
A rent roll down to the individual unit: scheduled rent per lease, payments recorded as they arrive, deposits held against each lease, and what is still outstanding.

### Leases, units & tenants
Every unit carries its own lease, tenant, rent amount and currency, with start and end dates and a view of which leases expire next. One property can hold as many units as the building has.

- No sync with accounting software, and no tax filing or tax forms
- No tenant screening, background checks or listing syndication
